Available Volunteer Opportunities

Help prepare registration materials, swag bags, signage, and equipment to ensure everything is ready before delegations arrive.
Stay on-site with delegations to welcome them, serve as their main point of contact, and support housing rules, schedules, and curfews.
Support meal service by coordinating dining hall flow, assisting with dietary needs, and helping with catering during Festival activities.
Serve as the primary guide for a delegation, welcoming them to Boston upon arrival and accompany them to various Festival venues and locations, ensuring safety and timely transportation. Sometimes also supporting with language needs.
Assist with field setup, equipment, scorekeeping, food distribution, group transitions, and cleanup during the fair play football tournament.

Support delegations during tournament days and sightseeing activities, assisting with navigation, safety, and meal distribution.
Support event logistics by helping with site setup and breakdown, signage, equipment, and materials across Festival venues and verifying credentials at housing and Festival sites.
Capture and publish Festival content, support social media channels, and assist with press and media engagement.
Facilitate communication among participants, delegation leaders and first aiders in case of an injury. On rare occasions, on-site first aid or CPR may be needed so basic training or certification is a plus.
